About the Role
Wanted Butt Kicking Bookkeeper
Seeking a motivated individual who lives in BC and is energetic, detail oriented, and puts customers first. We are looking for the right individual who will want to grow and contribute to the growth of Envision Business Services. This a part-time remote position, with all technology provided. This position will grow into full time hours as capacity expands.
Preference will be given to applicants with knowledge of BC PST and BC employment standards and working knowledge of QBO.
You possess
● Some experience bookkeeping either in Sage 50, QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online (QBO)
● The need to learn and grow
● The ability to prioritize deadlines
● Enjoy working remotely and engaging remotely with clients and team members
● Pride yourself on your ability to work efficiently and ethically
● Comfortable with technology, spreadsheets, and word documents (Office 365)
● The ability to adapt to a paperless environment
● Bookkeeping Certificate would be an asset
● The ability to keep client’s confidential information confidential
● Have a positive and proactive attitude
● You communicate well both orally and in written form
● You are a problem solver

Butt Kicking Responsibilities include but are not limited to
● Maintain client bookkeeping files
● Run regular payrolls
● Reconcile Bank and Credit Card accounts
● Be comfortable using clearing accounts
● Filing remittances for GST, PST, WCB, EHT, Source Deductions
● Reconciling Ecommerce accounts
● Full cycle bookkeeping
Compensation will be based on experience between $25 & $35 per hour.
